The Liverpool Echo has an article about why Channel 4 should move to Liverpool…and although they list many good reasons, one major issue is Internet Infrastructure. Liverpool does not have the Internet speeds and infrastructure for this to happen and they will find out when Channel 4 does their surveys about how bad the problem really is.
