bad broadband cannot get any better than 4G! it's rubbish!

Lived here for 6 months. Worst apartment I have ever had. Roof leaked in 13 places and was never fixed. Room would not rise about 15 degrees even with heating on full blast 24/7 (this is so cold as to be illegal). Insulation regularly blew off the roof into the road. 1 working washing machine between 27 flats. black mould everywhere. Do not be fooled by the nice pictures. Do not move in here.
