Alex is a system engineer for his own company RefineSystems. He is currently working voluntarily for various charities across Merseyside, whilst studying a part-time BSc (hons) degree in Computing and IT.
He has great passion for the IT sector, forever improving a broad range of IT skills. Experience in web development, hosting, linux & remote monitoring since the age of 13, since then a strong interest in communications & IoT has developed which is the reason for studying his degree. He strongly believes in the values of IX Liverpool and believes it’s exactly what’s needed to improve our region’s infrastructure.
Hopes to one day travel around the world bringing technology to those who need it most. Combining an adventurous nature with love for technology and commitment to helping others.
